Tampa, Fla. – MiraBay, by Newland Communities, has officially announced builder
partners in the coastal community’s newest neighborhood, Bay Breeze. 
K. Hovnanian Homes joins Cardel Homes as the most recent new builder in
MiraBay’s lineup.

In keeping with the master-planned community’s coastal theme, Cardel and
K. Hovnanian plan to offer single- and two-story cottage homes from approximately
1,500 to 2,600 square feet. With prices starting in the high $100,000s, the new homes
will have low-maintenance front yards and feature front porches and alley-loaded garages,
creating a cottage town ambiance. The Bay Breeze neighborhood is ideal for first-time
home buyers as well as empty nesters looking to downsize.

Designed to broaden the community’s reach without compromising coastal living
attributes, the newest Bay Breeze neighborhood is planned to launch in spring 2010.
