Cardel Homes: New MiraBay Builder

Tampa, Fla. – MiraBay, by Newland Communities, has officially welcomed one of North America’s
most prominent home builders, Cardel Homes, to the waterfront community’s builder team.
Cardel has already broken ground on its first home in the Lagoon Cove neighborhood of
MiraBay.

 

In keeping with MiraBay’s signature “Old Florida” architecture, Cardel has created a coastal
version of the Gulfstream showcase home especially for MiraBay. (This model is popular
among FishHawk Ranch buyers, another Newland Community in Hillsborough County. 
It was the 2009 TBBA Parade of Homes Showcase Home.)  The new coastal Gulfstream
will include three bedrooms, den and bonus room, plus two-and-a-half bath and a two-car
garage, all from $349,990.  The home under construction at MiraBay also will feature
an optional Nanny Suite.

 

“Cardel Homes is the perfect addition to our builder team,” said Debra Dremann, VP
and General Manager of MiraBay. “New home buyers will be more than happy with the
value and opportunity Cardel, in partnership with the MiraBay community, can offer.”

 

Cardel Homes, constructing over 1,000 homes per year in residential markets across
North America, will offer three different models within the MiraBay community. Prices for
the Harbor Mist, the Gulfstream, and the Coast Line models range from $329,990 to
$379,990, with sizes ranging from 2,281 square feet to 2,807 square feet.

 

All homes will have a two-car (or larger) garage. The largest model, the Coast Line,
will include three bedrooms and a bonus room as well as a fourth bedroom option.
